From Star Trek Picard, Season 1, this is an imagined scene from the Romulan relocation project, established after the destruction of Romulus. It is home of the Qowat Milat, an order of warrior nuns who bind themselves to hopeless causes.

Although not an exact scene from the series, this world is meant to evoke the feeling of being on Vashti. In the background we used photos of the landscape, and photos of Admiral Picard can be found in two locations. A Qowat Milat nun was built, from the limited available primitives, on the porch of the nunnery.
